Information we collect
When you use the bot, we only collect and store:
- Your Guild ID (Discord Server ID) in numeric form
- Your Guild Name
- The Discord ID of users giving or receiving Karma points, in numeric form
When you become a Patreon patron:
- We receive an email notification from Patreon containing:
- Your email address
- Your Patreon username
- Your pledge amount
Your Patreon username is included in a notification posted to a private moderators-only channel on our Support Server so that moderators can make sure you receive your Patreon benefits. None of your other information is forwarded.
- We may communicate with you through the Patreon website's "chat" feature to make sure you receive your Patreon benefits.
- Your email address is not harvested or sold or used for any kind of mass-mailing by us
- You become subject to the Patreon Policy & Terms
Information we do not collect, but may be collected by third parties
When you use the

- We do not use any special tracking pixels or cookies such as Google Analytics
- We do load JavaScript and CSS code from Google Fonts, Bootstrap and jQuery from Content Delivery Networks to render the visual elements of our website
When you use third-party "bot list" websites:
- We have no control over the privacy practices of third parties
Use of collected data
We will only use your data to:
- View a list of servers our bot is in, to enforce our Terms of Service
- Provide bot functionality
- Ensure you receive your Patreon benefits (Karma Reborn Premium)
- Consult with Discord and other developers on matters that impact bot functionality, performance, reliability, security, Discord's Terms of Service or Developer Terms of Service, excluding or redacting your email address
- Comply with any court order

All data is protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
Retention of data
We will retain all data indefinitely.
